Code Of Conduct

The Club’s philosophy is that children have fun and are supportive of their fellow Club members and that positive parental behaviour will influence our children in achieving this philosophy. All Nippers, parents/carers and spectators are expected to abide by our codes of conduct. Continued or serious breaches may lead to disciplinary action.

The Code of Conduct can be found on the club website here or can be provided on request from your Age Group Manager.

Grievances

Brighton Nippers is a very inclusive environment, however if there are any problems relating to any activities the following line of communication is to be taken.

  1. Parents/carers only are to approach the Age Group Manager in a polite and respectful manner to discuss the situation.
  2. If the AGM cannot sort out the problem on the spot the parents/carers can contact the Junior President, Competition Manager, to receive the final point of decision relating to the Nippers Activity, either face to face on the Beach or via Nippers email.
  3. If there is a continued discrepancy, members may take this up with the Club Captain
